Standard Client Contract

If CLIENT is in agreement with the proposed videography Project Scope as outlined above, CLIENT will make payments to CONTRACTOR as follows

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of this Agreement

  • The remaining balance of the invoice is due on the day of the shoot

  • Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month for late payments

Term and Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services rendered in the Project Scope.

Changes and Cancellations

Any and all changes made to this Services Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the CONTRACTOR and CLIENT. If the event or project is canceled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees, and out-of-pocket expenses. If the CLIENT cancels before the event or project, no refund will be issued.


CLIENT may use CONTRACTOR content, without revision, in any manner they deem appropriate. CLIENT is responsible to obtain consent and releases for any person or performer to show their image, voice, or likeness in public (CONTRACTOR will provide forms upon request). CONTRACTOR reserves the right to use any or all portions of the final client-approved video, at no cost, to promote its company. CLIENT must inform CONTRACTOR if any images or audio recordings are not to be used in this manner, in which case a surcharge of $500 will be applied to the final invoice

Acts of God

If an act of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural calamities shall cause CLIENT to cancel the event or project, CONTRACTOR will require payment only for the time actually spent prior to CLIENT’s event or project.
